Personality development is a term specially designed for people who have low self-confidence and are not able to present themselves properly. It is a process of improving and refining a person’s overall personality by improving one’s attitude, characteristics, morals, manners and speaking methods. A person’s personality is not just a manifestation of himself, but it resonates with the surroundings and situations that he/she has been through all their life.
